Enhanced site clearance

In the past week or so we've carried on preparing the site for the commencement of the building. There have been a couple of large items of kit involved involved, an 8 tonne excavator and a large dumper truck.

The excavator will be working on all the foundation, drainage, manhole and car park earthworks.

A dumper shown here being delivered is used to move the excavated material around the site.

This gives us a clear area to start on, once the building warrant gives us permission to start on the foundations.
