Raising the roof

With the walls being sufficiently advanced, next comes the roof. 

The trusses take the main load, with a plywood sheeting to support the flat roof (started in the foreground). 

Work is also continuing on the parapet, here running above the covered walkway on the South face.

The intricate woodwork will not be visible in the finished rooms. 

Inside it begins to feel spacious and well proportioned. The target is to get the building weathertight by Christmas.
