Strictly come roofing: it takes two

Over the past week, our roofing contractor has almost completed the waterproofing of the roof. Fixing and sealing the membrane is definitely a two man job. 

One to unroll, one to run the gas flame to seal the joint. 

Our roofing contractor is one of Scotland's oldest builders, WG Walker of Ayr, established in 1811.

A little light morning frost on the completed section. 

The parapet, here under construction, will shield the rooftop air handling equipment from view.
