Advanced warning: roadworks around Alderstone Road

Dear Neighbours,

As you will be aware, Barden Development Limited has been on site constructing a new retail unit at Hamilton Square over the last six months and we have now reached the stage of utility installation.

As part of the works, we require to take a power supply from the entrance of Bankton Avenue, along Alderstone Road and into Hamilton Square , incorporating a road crossing on Alderstone Road. All other utilities will be along Alderstone Road adjacent to the site.

Works will commence on Monday, 28th January 2019 involving excavation in public carriageways and footways over a 4 week period.

We plan to carry out works in a sequential manner with four separate areas being affected simultaneously throughout this period. The first stage will involve a road crossing on Alderstone Road.
